What happens when you call

A cross street, a mile marker or a dropped pin. On an interstate, the direction of travel and the last exit you passed matter more than an address.

Questions people actually ask
Do I have to be with the vehicle?
Usually yes — someone has to release the vehicle and, in most cases, provide keys. There are exceptions, such as a vehicle at a shop or a property where the manager can authorise release. Tell dispatch the situation when you call and it can be arranged in advance rather than discovered on scene.
Can you tow a car with no keys?
Often, yes. A vehicle that will not shift into neutral or has a locked steering column is a flatbed job with dollies or skates rather than a straight roll-on, so it needs to be known in advance. Flag it when you call — it changes the equipment, not the answer.
Can you get into a parking deck?
Frequently — with the wheel-lift. Most decks in Atlanta run around six to seven feet of clearance, which a flatbed cannot enter. Tell us the deck and, if you know it, the posted clearance height and the level you are on. Airport and downtown decks are routine for us.
Where can you take my car?
