Car lockout service
Keys on the seat, doors locked, and that specific sinking feeling.
Who can unlock my car in Atlanta?
Julius Towing LLC provides mobile vehicle lockout service across East Point, Atlanta, College Park, Hapeville and metro Atlanta with 24-hour dispatch, opening locked vehicles without damage where the vehicle and situation allow. If a child or animal is locked inside a vehicle, call 911 first — emergency services respond faster and can open the vehicle immediately. Contact dispatch with your location, and the year, make and model of the vehicle.
Most lockouts are twenty minutes and no damage. The vehicle matters — a 2004 pickup and a 2023 SUV with a proximity key are different jobs — which is why we ask for year, make and model on the phone rather than when we arrive.
What we will need from you
- Proof the vehicle is yours. Licence and registration, or another reasonable way to establish it. Nobody opens a car for a person who cannot show it is theirs, and you would not want us to.
- Year, make and model. It determines the method and the tools.
- Where the keys are. Visible on the seat is a different situation from lost entirely — a genuinely lost key is a locksmith and key-cutting problem, not a lockout, and we will say so instead of wasting your evening.
If a child or a pet is locked inside, call 911 now.
Do not wait for a tow truck or a locksmith. A vehicle interior in Georgia heat becomes dangerous within minutes, and it does not need to be a hot day for it to happen. Emergency services will reach you faster than we can and can open the vehicle immediately. Call us afterwards if the vehicle still needs work.
Call 911Questions people actually ask
Will you damage my door or window?
The goal is entry without damage, and on the overwhelming majority of vehicles that is what happens. Some designs are genuinely difficult, and where there is real risk you will be told before anything is attempted, not after.
I lost my keys entirely — can you help?
Getting the door open, yes. Making a new key is a different trade: modern keys need cutting and programming to the vehicle. We will get you in and tell you honestly what the next step is.
My keys are locked in the boot.
Usually still solvable, often through the cabin. Mention it on the phone because it changes the approach.
Tell us where you are.
Dispatch answers, gets your location, and tells you what happens next.
