- Boxed-in on a Village street
Evening parking in EAV is bumper to bumper. A vehicle that cannot be pulled straight out needs skates and a wheel-lift, and it needs to be known before dispatch.
- Late-night calls
This is a nightlife area, which means a real share of the work here happens after midnight — dead batteries, lockouts and cars that are staying put until morning. Dispatch is answered at that hour.
- Kerb and pothole damage
Tight streets and old kerbs take wheels out. A bent wheel does not roll straight, which makes it flatbed work.

Usually yes — skates under the wheels let a vehicle be moved sideways out of a tight space, then lifted. It is slower and it needs the right kit, so tell us when you call rather than when we arrive.
How long from the south side to East Atlanta?
It depends on I-20 and the time of day, and you will get a genuine window rather than a hopeful one. Late night is usually quick; at rush hour it is a real drive and we will say so.
Can you get down a narrow street or an alley?
